Established in the 1972, by Ketut Pepek, at the time already a well-known figure in the tourism field. In the course of three decades, Golden Kris Tours has made a name for itself as a brand signifying quality and reliability, a benchmark for people wishing to travel in full freedom and at the same time be able to rely on constant and descreet assistance. Operating successfully in the low-medium-high end of the market, Golden Kris Tours has won the trust of an exclusive and highly demanding customer base.

In 1972, Golden Kris Tours was initially established under Indonesian law ‘CV’ (“Comanditer Venonscaft” – unlimited liability Indonesian partnership company) which located in the beginning at Jl. Nangka Gang Kenari XI no. 1
In 1973, CV. Golden Kris Tours moved its office to Jl. Veteran no. 59
In 1978, the company established a private limited firm and consolidated in 1978 under Indonesian Law as a “Perseroan Terbatas” (PT – limited liability Indonesian owned sharholding) (equivalent to “S.A” in France) and licensed by the Indonesian Minister of Tourism and located the office at Jl. Gianyar no.3
In 1986, PT. Golden Kris Tours moved its office and located to Jl. Hayam Wuruk no.58A
In 1991, PT. Golden Kris Tours, has been located at its own building at Jl. By pass Ngurah Rai no. 7 until now.
The symbol of Golden Kris is the magical weapon which in Bali represents heritage, tradition and prosperity
